John Grohovaz

John’s career spans more than 20 years across many industries including advanced manufacturing, financial services, advertising, technology and professional services. John has worked with a significant number innovative entrepreneurs assisting them to fund and commercialise their offering.

John is known in the West Australian market as an innovative thinker, willing to challenge the status quo, and has been described as VERY different.

His expertise enables business improvement and leadership through design and innovation. John’s deep passion for diversity of thinking, and building collaborative eco-systems to activate and commercialise innovation, has led to the co-creation of the Global Pathways Program.

Pia Turcinov

Pia embraces a portfolio career offering broad and strategic experience across a range of industries. With close to 30 years experience in industry, she is an active and highly networked protagonist within the Australian innovation ecosystem. Pia has qualifications in law and business management, and offers a wealth of commercial knowledge relating to governance, business development, value positioning, fundraising and commercialisation.

Having commenced her career as a commercial lawyer, her professional journey has included roles as company director, founder & entrepreneur, senior business manager and innovation facilitator. More recently, she has also been instrumental in innovation initiatives across a number of State and Federal Government portfolios, bringing powerful insights into government and stakeholder relations.

Neal Colley

Neal is an accomplished business leader and adept problem solver. A professional Industrial Engineer with over 30 years experience working at senior levels in strategy and negotiation, support services, innovation and transformation across global markets in blue chip corporations. He has successfully delivered strategic outcomes and superior value returns in the areas of capital and cost efficiency; business growth and transformation; risk mitigation; data and automation in operational productivity.

 Neal is initiative driven and acknowledged as a driver of change for visible value. His key personal strengths include the ability to establish value adding relationships across a variety of cultures, organisations and government. He has a demonstrable strong work ethic, driven by high personal standards and a passion to deliver results.

DIANNA VITASOVIC

Dianna is a leading management consultant with 34 years consulting business in local, national and global businesses,  specialising in tailored consulting, facilitation and group coaching services across multiple technical and commercial industry sectors, in public, private organisations, and universities. 

Dianna focuses on facilitating stakeholder relationships to enhance innovative service delivery in cross functional and integrated teams. Leading with EQ using Hermann Whole Brain Thinking© and other evidence base innovation tools, her expertise enables others to establish communication and relationships, building resilient leaders capable to pivot for business growth and scale. Dianna with individuals and teams in ways that grows self-awareness, challenges mindsets and uses evidenced based methodologies and approaches.

GUY PROVAN

Guy is a lawyer with 30 years experience in the field of intellectual property law and the commercialisation of innovation. Having worked in large law firms in London and Perth, and boutique IP firms in Perth, Guy now runs his own legal practice at Provan Legal.

Guy’s expertise includes intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution, commercialisation agreements and general advice on IP and related issues. His focus is on SMEs particularly those seeking to scale their business and expand overseas. Clients include a diverse range of businesses involved in IT/software, engineering, life sciences and agtech, among others. Guy brings the analytical discipline of a lawyer and combines it with an openness to innovation and entrepreneurship.  A favourite quote:  “There are few more impressive sights than a Scotsman on the make”.
